Service Standards

  • • Turnaround Times: 30-90 minutes for standard plans
  • • Quality Framework: Context-first research using industry, provider, service, and prospect insights
  • • Delivery Format: Excel, Notion, or your preferred tool format
  • • Expert Review: Human-crafted sequences with rationale provided

Pricing and Payment Terms

Standard Plans

  • • Tiny: $9 (10 leads, 30 min turnaround)
  • • Small: $99 (100 leads, 45 min turnaround)
  • • Medium: $159 (200 leads, 60 min turnaround)
  • • Large: $239 (400 leads, 90 min turnaround)

Payment Terms

  • • All plans are one-time payments due upon order
  • • Custom projects require 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery
  • • Monthly retainers billed monthly in advance
  • • Refunds considered on case-by-case basis for undelivered services

Your Responsibilities

Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate company, industry, and prospect information to enable quality sequence creation.

Compliance Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) and obtaining necessary consents.

Ethical Use

Our sequences must be used for legitimate business purposes and in alignment with our values of respectful, valuable outreach.
